Security awareness training

The training already exists. We turned it into a platform.

The world's security teams have already produced thousands of excellent awareness videos. Aware curates them, assigns them to your people, and proves who actually watched.

Sound familiar?

Awareness training fails in the same four ways

01

You paid five figures for a training library nobody finished.

Budget spent, risk unchanged
02

You sent a slide deck by email and called it awareness training.

No evidence for the auditor
03

Your Arabic-speaking staff sat through English-only content.

Half the workforce disengaged
04

Someone shared a YouTube link in the group chat. That was the programme.

Nothing measured, nothing proven

The content was never the problem. The programme around it was.

How it works

From empty workspace to measured programme in an afternoon

Four steps. No video production, no procurement cycle, no consultant.

  1. 1

    Open your workspace

Sign up and the library is already stocked — 83 vetted videos across 13 risk topics, tagged by level and language.

    13 topics ready to assign
  2. 2

    Add your people

Paste your team in one go — name, email, department. Everyone gets a welcome email with their sign-in details.

  3. 3

Assign a path with a due date

Clone a ready-made path or build your own, set the deadline, and Aware emails the invitations and the reminders.

    Reminders sent automatically
  4. 4

    Watch the progress

One dashboard: completion by department, quiz scores, topic coverage and a human risk score you can take to the board.

The library

We didn't produce the training. We curated it.

Every workspace opens with 83 vetted awareness videos — from national cybersecurity authorities, security vendors and university programmes. Nineteen of them are in Arabic, including material from the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority and Saudi CERT.

What makes it count

Built for the way security teams actually report

Not "did they open the email" — did they watch it, did they understand it, and can you prove it.

Real watch tracking

Progress is measured through the video player, not a checkbox. A video counts as complete at 90% watched — and counts once, however many paths use it.

Graded knowledge checks

Quizzes are graded on the server against a pass mark you set — the answer key never reaches the browser. Wrong answers come back with an explanation.

Verifiable certificates

Every completion mints a serial anyone can check on a public page — evidence for the auditor rather than a spreadsheet row.

Human risk score

One explainable number from completion rate, overdue pressure and quiz results — broken down by department so you know where to push.

Arabic and RTL, properly

The whole interface flips to Arabic, and the library carries genuine Arabic content — not machine-translated subtitles over English video.

Reminders that land

Learners get nudged before the deadline; admins get a daily overdue digest. Nothing depends on someone remembering to chase.

Who it's for

Everyone sees only what they need

Owner / Admin

Runs the programme

Owns the library, the paths and the people.

  • Search YouTube and add videos to the library
  • Build and publish learning paths
  • Add employees and set their roles
  • See the full organisation dashboard
Manager

Owns their department

Accountable for their own team's completion.

  • Assign paths to their people
  • See their department's progress only
  • Spot who is behind before the deadline
Employee

Just gets on with it

One page, no navigation to learn.

  • Sees what is assigned and when it's due
  • Watches, answers the quiz, done
  • Downloads their certificate
  • Switches to Arabic in one click

Questions

The things people ask first

Where does the content come from?

Public YouTube videos from security vendors, national authorities and educators — curated into topics by us. The videos always play from YouTube's own player; Aware stores the metadata and your team's progress, never the video files. You can add any other public YouTube video to your own library at any time.

Can we add our own internal videos?

If it's on YouTube — including unlisted links — yes. Paste the link and it joins your library, tagged under whichever topic you choose. Your imports stay private to your workspace.

How do you know someone actually watched?

Aware measures playback through the video player rather than trusting a "mark as complete" button. A video counts once the learner reaches 90%, and each video counts once per person no matter how many paths include it — so your minutes-of-awareness figure is honest.

Is it really bilingual, or just translated buttons?

Both the interface and the content. The whole app flips to Arabic and right-to-left, and 19 of the seeded videos are genuinely Arabic-language — including awareness material from the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority and Saudi CERT.

What do we show an auditor?

Completion records per person and per path, quiz scores, and a certificate for every completion with a serial anyone can verify on a public page. You can also set a required minutes-per-year target and track coverage against it.

Can managers see everyone's results?

No. Managers see only their own department. Admins and owners see the whole organisation. Every employee sees only their own assignments.
