Aware Originals
Content made by us. You won't find it anywhere else.
Slingshot produces its own security awareness videos — written for this region, filmed in Arabic and English, and built into ready-made paths with quizzes and QR-verified certificates. They ship exclusively inside Aware, right next to the curated library and any videos you add yourself.
Sound familiar?
Awareness training fails in the same four ways
You paid five figures for a training library nobody finished.
Budget spent, risk unchangedYou sent a slide deck by email and called it awareness training.
No evidence for the auditorYour Arabic-speaking staff sat through English-only content.
Half the workforce disengagedSomeone shared a video link in the group chat. That was the programme.
Nothing measured, nothing provenThe content was never the problem. The programme around it was.
How it works
From empty workspace to measured programme in an afternoon
Four steps. No video production, no procurement cycle, no consultant.

The library
Original videos by us. The world's best, curated.
Every workspace opens with 150+ vetted awareness videos — from national cybersecurity authorities, security vendors and university programmes, including material from the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority and Saudi CERT.
Aware Originals: exclusive awareness videos produced by Slingshot ourselves, in Arabic and English, built into ready-made paths. And you can always add your own existing videos — any public or unlisted link joins your private library.
What makes it count
Built for the way security teams actually report
Not "did they open the email" — did they watch it, did they understand it, and can you prove it.
Real watch tracking
Progress is measured through the video player, not a checkbox. A video counts as complete at 90% watched — and counts once, however many paths use it.
Graded knowledge checks
Quizzes are graded on the server against a pass mark you set — the answer key never reaches the browser. Wrong answers come back with an explanation.
Verifiable certificates
Every completion mints a serial anyone can check on a public page — evidence for the auditor rather than a spreadsheet row.
Human risk score
One explainable number from completion rate, overdue pressure and quiz results — broken down by department so you know where to push.
Arabic and RTL, properly
The whole interface flips to Arabic, and the library carries genuine Arabic content — not machine-translated subtitles over English video.
Reminders that land
Learners get nudged before the deadline; admins get a daily overdue digest. Nothing depends on someone remembering to chase.
Awareness campaigns
Send the awareness email too — then measure what happened next
Branded emails to your people, written and ready to go, scheduled when you want them. And because this is Aware, the headline number isn't who opened it — it's who went on to finish the training.
Your brand, not ours
Upload your logo and pick your colour once. Every campaign goes out looking like it came from you, with replies landing in your inbox.
17 emails already written
Phishing, invoice fraud, passwords, ransomware, data privacy, deepfakes, tailgating and more — plus onboarding, overdue nudges and policy acknowledgements. Edit them, or send them as they are.
Each person in their own language
Every template carries a real Arabic version beside the English — not a translation bolted on afterwards. One campaign reaches your Arabic readers in Arabic and everyone else in English.
Prepare now, send later
Write a quarter's worth in one sitting and schedule them. Change any date whenever you like, or pull one back to a draft — nothing is fixed until it actually sends.
Clicked → trained
The number nobody else can give you: who clicked, and then actually completed training within two weeks. A mail tool knows the click. A training platform knows the completion. Aware holds both ends of it.
Opens, reported honestly
We track opens because you'll be asked for them — and we label them an estimate, because Apple Mail loads the tracking image whether or not anyone reads it, and company scanners do the same. You will never get an inflated number from us dressed up as proof.
Phishing simulation Coming soon
Send a safe fake phish — then train whoever falls for it
Coming soon. You'll run a controlled phishing test on your own staff from the same place you send campaigns. Nothing real is at risk, and the people who need the training get it the moment they slip.
You set how hard it is
Obvious, Medium or Subtle. Start where your team actually is and tighten it each quarter as they get sharper.
You decide what counts as failing
Either clicking the link is enough, or they have to go further and enter details on a fake sign-in page. Nothing anyone types there is ever stored.
Spotting it counts as a win
Reporting the phish is recorded as the good outcome, kept separate from the failure ladder. Most tools only count who fell for it — knowing who caught it is the number that shows the programme working.
The training assigns itself
Pick a learning path once. Anyone who falls for the test is enrolled straight away, while the mistake is still fresh enough to teach something.
Arabic all the way through
The test email and the page they land on both render in each person's own language — right down to the fake sign-in screen. An Arabic speaker gets the whole lesson in Arabic.
No public shaming
Per-person results are visible to owners and admins only. Department managers never see who fell for it — the point is to fix the gap, not to publish a list.

Questions
The things people ask first
Where does the content come from?
Public videos from security vendors, national authorities and educators — curated into topics by us. The videos always play from their original platform; Aware stores the metadata and your team's progress, never the video files. You can add any other public video to your own library at any time.
Can we add our own internal videos?
If it's a public video link — including unlisted ones — yes. Paste the link and it joins your library, tagged under whichever topic you choose. Your imports stay private to your workspace.
How do you know someone actually watched?
Aware measures playback through the video player rather than trusting a "mark as complete" button. A video counts once the learner reaches 90%, and each video counts once per person no matter how many paths include it — so your minutes-of-awareness figure is honest.
Is it really bilingual, or just translated buttons?
Both the interface and the content. The whole app flips to Arabic and right-to-left, and 53 of the videos are genuinely Arabic-language — including awareness material from the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority and Saudi CERT.
What do we show an auditor?
Completion records per person and per path, quiz scores, and a certificate for every completion with a serial anyone can verify on a public page. You can also set a required minutes-per-year target and track coverage against it.
Can Aware send the awareness emails as well?
Yes — on the Professional plan and above. Seventeen bilingual emails come written and ready; you add your logo, choose who receives them and schedule them whenever you like. Aware reports who clicked and, more usefully, who went on to complete training afterwards. Open counts are shown too, but labelled as an estimate: modern mail apps and company scanners load tracking images on their own, so nobody can report opens as fact — we would rather say so than sell you a flattering number.
Can we run phishing simulations on our own staff?
Not yet — phishing simulations are coming soon, on the Professional plan and above. You'll send a safe fake phishing email, choose how obvious it should be, and decide whether clicking the link counts as failing or whether they have to enter details on a fake sign-in page. Nothing anyone types on that page will ever be stored. Reporting the phish is tracked as the good outcome rather than lumped in with the failures, and anyone who does fall for it is enrolled in the training path you choose, automatically.
Can managers see everyone's results?
No. Managers see only their own department. Admins and owners see the whole organisation. Every employee sees only their own assignments.
